Pigs Feet (AKA Trotters)

December 2, 2014 by Char 2 Comments

Pigs Feet

I tend to call pigs feet what my Mom always called them – trotters! So much cooler than pigs feet right? Even though I rarely indulge anymore, I can still hook up a foot! Sit down, grab some hot sauce and vinegar and jump (hop) right in – with all 4s! (lol) Anymore feet jokes?

      Hi Sherry,
You’re welcome and it sounds like your friend has a wonderful birthday gift coming! Not only the meal that you will make him but more so the memories that the meal will give him! That’s what Sweet Mother’s Kitchen is all about, cooking great food, sharing it with friends and family and remembering all the wonderful times that certain dishes bring you back to! I hope you and your friends enjoy his special day and your trotters! If you will, please share a picture of your birthday meal with us and inspire somebody else to make their own memories for their friends and family!
      Regards,
      Char
